🏘️ Townhouses: While sales volume dipped slightly, townhouses are absolutely flying off the market—selling 18.3% faster than last month with an average of just 58 days to sell.

🏢 Condos: A massive month for condos! Sales surged by 29.5%, and days to sell plummeted by over 20% down to just 54 days.
