The Central Okanagan summer market is showing some fascinating shifts! ☀️ While buyer demand remains strong, especially for townhomes, we are seeing a noticeable slowdown in new listings coming to market.

Here is the quick breakdown of what happened in June:

Single Family: Sales ticked up another 5.8% to 218 homes sold, but overall inventory shrunk as new listings dropped by 12%. Buyers are still actively competing for a slightly smaller pool of homes!
