This REALTOR®️is officially off duty! I’m now on parental leave and switching gears to all things family/baby prep.

When your pregnant friend calls you to say they need to buy a house by baby’s due date… you make it happen!

I’m very pleased to share that my lovely clients and friends moved into their first family home (ahead of schedule) and were able to welcome their baby home to a fully nested house.

This photo will always be fun to look back on because the parents kept the baby’s gender a surprise and inadvertently dressed up for what looks like a gender reveal party. Blue won!

A big heartfelt, WELCOME HOME to all three of you. 💙

Did you know that Lake Country isn’t following Kelowna’s Airbnb policy? Meaning, you can still offer short term rentals IF you have a secondary suite IN your primary residence (where you file your annual home owner grant) AND get a business license.

If you’ve visited Lake Country, you know we’re lacking in hotels, so I completely agree with the district’s stance. Bring on the tourism!
