December was a typically slow month for most Real Estate transactions however, most forecasts indicate that the next quarter is expected to see listings increase as compared to the fall period.
The single largest increases have been in the Condo market with an overall 2021 increase of almost 25% in one year. The median price for a Condo unit at the start January 2021 was $356,000 while in December of 2021 the price was $444,900. As you would expect availability was and is still limited.
