Although sale prices have increased from the month before, homes are generally taking longer to sell, and reducing their initial asking price. There are a lot more sellers than buyers out there, making it a BUYER'S market. Remember when every home had multiple offers?! That's rarely the case now. This is a great time to reconsider finances and discuss pre-approval options so that you are able to jump on any great deals that come up in this cooling market.

Warning: Going overboard can also hinder or hurt the sale of your home. For example, using wide angle lenses and fancy filters. Home photography is definitely an art, however, it must also represent what a buyer will see and feel when they experience your home. I will hire the perfect photographer to make sure we get it done right, the first time!
