Hello, I figured it’s time to say hello to all the new faces here! I’m Ashley, and if we haven’t met in person yet, I’d be so excited to.

I grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan, surrounded by my three brothers, and I eventually made my way to beautiful Kelowna. I’m endlessly inspired by the mountains, the lakes, and the easygoing lifestyle here—it’s a place that feels like home and adventure all at once.

I got into real estate because, honestly, I just love helping people reach their goals and build something lasting for themselves. I have a background in business as a residential painting company owner, so I know my way around a house from the inside out! I’m here to make sure my clients make the best possible investment without any unnecessary stress, and hopefully have some fun along the way.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me walking with my dog, skiing, or trying out a new sport, always with good friends, a love for movement, and probably a cup of matcha (or a glass of wine) nearby. I’m also all about travel, and I think it’s one of the best teachers out there.

Couldn’t be happier for my clients who locked in an amazing investment property at Big White! We took our time, checked out a handful of properties, went through the strata docs to make sure there were no big expenses lurking, and confirmed it’s all set up for short-term rentals.

They found the perfect spot—ski-in/ski-out, a short walk to the village, with all the conveniences like parking, laundry, ski lockers, and tons of amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, foosball, you name it!). And Big White’s exemption from BC’s short-term rental rules makes it even better for anyone wanting to make the most out of their investment. It’s also super affordable compared to other mountain resorts that are exempt.

After a busy summer, I've felt the need to slow down, read, and recharge. September, you’ve been one of my favorite months this year. šŸ’›

Market Insights: For buyers, recent rate cuts are showing promise. Economists predict more cuts into next year, meaning this could be a unique opportunity to buy if you are able to while prices are favorable.
