JUNE MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

June brought another steady month for the Interior BC real estate market, with sales continuing to normalize as the region heads into summer. While new listings eased as expected for the season, buyer activity remained healthy, with sales up from both last month and this time last year. ☀️🏡

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Residential sales were 3.8% higher than in June 2025.
• New residential listings were 9.5% lower than a year ago.
• Active listings were 7.0% lower than last June.

The starter home isn't dead — it just looks a lot different than it used to 🏡

A new build that cost $120,000 in 1997 is selling for $600,000 today 😳 and that shift has completely changed what getting into the market looks like for first-time buyers. The good news? Condos, townhouses, co-ownership, and markets outside the major city centres are all opening doors that didn't exist a generation ago.

MARCH MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Spring momentum is building across Interior BC! 🌸 Real estate activity in March showed positive signs with sales up from February and gaining traction heading into the typically busy spring season. While inventory remains slightly lower than last year, the market is showing encouraging improvement.

Here's a little breakdown:

• Sales were up 1.3% compared to March 2025 with 1,154 homes sold 📈
• New listings decreased 4.8% from the previous year ✨
• Active inventory across the region was down 3.1% year-over-year 🏡
