With over a decade of experience as a REALTOR® selling homes, I have had the privilege to help many families and individuals buy and sell property, whether they were first time home buyers, seasoned investors or growing families needing more room. Meeting new clients is always exciting, whether they are referred to me from past clients, trusted professionals, friends and family or expired listings

that failed to sell with a previous agent. It is important to me that the client feels completely comfortable and confident in the process as well as my ability to get the job done. The result of my amazing past and current clients putting their trust in me, is the honour of having receiving several awards for sales performance, including several Sutton Platinum Awards and Medallion Club Team Awards (2012, 2013, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 for top 10% of all REALTORS® in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver). Living in here in British Columbia, one of the most beautiful places on earth, is something I never take for granted. I am forever thankful to my parents who moved to Canada in 1981 from Singapore, raising myself and my two brothers to be proud Canadians. We grew up in the small town of Tsawwassen, where we mainly played ice hockey and tennis; the latter of which I was able to gain a Top 10 ranking with Tennis B.C. in the junior program. Tennis is still a sport that I love and continue to enjoy with the fantastic members at Lakeview Heights Tennis Club in West Kelowna. Whenever possible, you will find my wife and I touring wineries in the Okanagan, experiencing some of the best wine produced in Canada. The industry continues to grow and evolve, further adding to the pride we have in our local community. In 2016, my interest in wine lead me achieve the WSET (Wine and Spirits Education Trust) Level II Award, which I like to use to defend our local B.C. Wine against international rivals when brought up in debate. You can also find us volunteering with local dog shelters, out on the many stunning golf courses or riding our bikes looking for the next beach spot. The beauty of the Okanagan is truly endless. Looking back, moving to Kelowna was one of the best decisions my wife and I made. We had been coming up several times a year to experience everything that the Okanagan had to offer, and I had even sold clients property here while in the Lower Mainland, just from my boasting of the region. I'm happy to call the Okanagan home, and proud to be helping those who aspire to do the same or invest in this gorgeous place.
