Below are the Okanagan housing stats for April 2025. New residential listings saw a modest increase while there is ongoing economic uncertainty. Demand in the market remains strong, but with the ongoing economic uncertainty, that may have effected the typical seasonal sales momentum. We will see what the coming months bring.
