The orchards are heavy and golden, the lake has that soft, still look in the early morning...

I've been thinking a lot about gratitude this week, and honestly, my list is long.

I'm thankful for the families who let me walk beside them through some of the biggest decisions of their lives. The first-time buyers who called me with shaky voices and big hopes. The sellers closing one chapter with so much heart. The people who trusted me with their story and handed me their keys (and sometimes their nerves!).

I'm thankful for the agents I get to work alongside, who make this business a little kinder and a lot more fun.

And I'm thankful for this community. Our Kelowna neighbours, the Saturday market crowd, and so on. You make this place home, and I get to call it my work.

There are some SOLD posts that feel a little extra special, this is definitely one of them.

My first-time buyer has officially purchased her very first home, and I couldn’t be happier for her.
