While the fires are taking the summer by storm, the BC interior real estate markets are either flat or showing signs of slight recovery in some areas. Inventory is overall high, supplying multiple choices for buyers who are still taking their time and still sitting on the fence. What we are seeing in this flat/buyer’s market, is that sellers who are appropriate and/or aggressive with their pricing are selling. Those who are not, are sitting on the market for months at a time!
