Kelowna in 1910.

This rare and beautiful shot of old Kelowna looking down Bernard Avenue towards the lake was taken by GHE Hudson circa 1910. The photo was taken from the First United Church (then Presbyterian) bell tower at the corner of Richter and Bernard. The white building with the gables (centre left) was the city's first hotel. The Lake View Hotel.
