We paid a visit to the new in Lower Mission. We were so impressed with how their team handled a big lineup and how delicious the dipped cones are. 🍦

Here’s how we would order differently on our next visit…

1. There’s a “thin” dip option and we’ll choose that next time. They don’t skimp when they dip the cones! So the dipped shell can be really thick and a little hard to eat.

2. I tried the salted caramel with extra fixings and it was a little sweet even for my sweet tooth. Next time a less sweet, simple dark chocolate will be my pick.

It’s not every day you meet two clients who leave such a lasting impression. Not only because of who they are but because of the stories they represent.

These two incredible sisters recently trusted me to help them sell the family home they lived in together and transition into a new chapter—one where they could still be close, just across the hall from one another in their beautiful new condos.

I am so proud of my sons who are both honing their crafts. One is a seasoned videographer and has been diligently making films of the other — an artisan furniture builder. ��

Many of you will recognize Evan’s crates as I purchase them to make gift baskets for my clients. ��

More than their crafts and what they produce — I am so proud of who they are as people. ��
