Not all sales are exciting. Some are simply important.
Estate sales can be complicated and stressful, and this one certainly came with its challenges.
Doing what was in the best interest of the Estate.
Chasing a market that continued to move downhill.
Working through challenges with the park management.
Having my client out of province.
And navigating the unique challenges that come with selling a mobile home.
We originally listed this property in 2025 — so this one has been a journey. There were plenty of moving parts, conversations, patience and persistence along the way.
But today, I’m happy to say we can finally move forward. ❤️
