Real estate at Big White is rare. When something does come available, choosing the right one gets a little tricky.

The floor plan makes all the difference. A mudroom on the ground floor, living space on top. Wake up to the mountain views, more open concept, and gear stays out of the way.

Already planning your next trip to the Okanagan? Add one more stop.

At The Glades, living space sits on the top floor, not the bottom. Better views, more open concept, and a layout built around how you actually want to spend your winters at Big White.

Opportunities like this in Big White living are rare. Freehold ownership, ski-in ski-out access, and a floor plan designed around the mountain, not around a generic build.

See it in person. Walk the finished unit, stand in the living room, and picture the season ahead from up top.

The Glades at Big White just got a lot easier to picture!

Two new floor plans, a finished unit open for tours, and a rare chance to own ski-in/ski-out on Creekside Trail. Both plans run over 2,100 sq ft across three levels: a dedicated gear zone off the garage, two bedrooms and a covered terrace on the middle floor, and a top floor built for tall windows around the great room, kitchen, and primary bedroom.

Freehold ownership, short-term rentals permitted, and built for real mountain winters.

You can book a tour to see it in person, but the floor plans alone are worth a look first!

Own at Big White. It's rare, and now you can see exactly what that looks like.

The Glades is now open to tour, by appointment only. See the revamped floor plans in person: open-concept living, a practical gear entry, single-car garage, and 1,870 sq ft of finished space. Ski-in/ski-out, about 450 metres from the Black Forest Day Lodge.

Big White's Bike Park is open for the season too, so it's a good time to see what summer here looks like, not just winter.

Six communities. 25+ years. And now, a Best of Kelowna 2026 nomination for Best Development.

We are genuinely touched. Every home we've built across the Okanagan has been built with care, and knowing that resonates with this community means the world to the Acorn team.

Voting closes May 12 at 3 pm and we'd love your support: https://bit.ly/4uGt3KQ
