✔️ I would like to communicate my absolute satisfaction with selecting Marcie Yurkiw as my real estate agent. Marcie recently assisted us in selling our house. I was so impressed with her knowledge, expertise and work ethic that I also had her assist me in purchasing a new home. Marcie has a wealth of experience in buying, staging and selling homes.

✔️ This became very apparent as she walked us through the process required to obtain maximum value for our home. She listened to all concerns and recommended the best course of action to us. Her ability to stage a house, with the marketing provided allowed us to complete the sale of our home over the space of a few days. We also obtained over $50,000 over our list price and over $100,000 over the recommended asking price that another company’s agent suggested to us less than six months previously. Marcie was invaluable in purchasing a new home. I called on her at very short notice to look at available listings.

✔️ She was always able to make herself available to accommodate me. Her opinion of the different properties that we viewed was essential in the selection process. Lastly, her knowledge of current market conditions in selecting an appropriate bid allowed me to obtain the property I wanted without overpaying.
