One of my favourite things about living in Kelowna? Discovering amazing local restaurants!

A new Thai spot has opened in Pandosy Village, and it is absolutely delicious. 🌿 .thairestaurant has only been open for a few months and is already becoming a local favourite.

Not only is the food incredible, but it’s also Acorn-approved 🐾 with a pet-friendly patio, making it the perfect stop after a walk around the neighbourhood.

Supporting local businesses like this is just one more reason I love the Pandosy lifestyle. Great food, walkable streets, vibrant local shops, and a strong sense of community—it’s easy to see why so many people love calling this area home.

We had some family visiting over the weekend, and we were able to sneak away for a quick 9 holes at .

With 19 courses in Kelowna and more than 40 throughout the region, it’s hard to pick a favourite. Michaelbrook is very walkable and, for an amateur like me, it’s affordable and a lot of fun.

Experiences like this are one of the many reasons people choose to call Kelowna home. Whether it’s golf, wineries, hiking, beaches, skiing, or simply spending quality time with family and friends, the Okanagan offers an incredible lifestyle year-round.

We love showing our guests what makes this community so special, and this was just one of MANY activities we squeezed into the weekend.

We have the pleasure of getting to know 8 year old, Heinz 57 mix Miss Penny❤️

She is our next foster fur baby and will be available soon for her next forever home. 🐶

Penny is really chill, very well behaved. She is polite and quiet as well. She is good with other dogs (she mostly ignores Acorn) and would love to play tug or with squeaky toys.

She would be the perfect condo dog and if you’re not looking to spend any training time, she’s your girl.

Come and gone so fast!

With some pre-marketing and reaching out internally to my REMAX crew, this stunning home in Crawford had an accepted offer in lightning speed. Just ONE day on the market. I mean, can you blame buyers for scooping this one up so quickly? Just look at this spectacular rancher in one of the most desirable locations.

What a perfect outcome for my clients. The thought of a big open house and constant showings was a bit stressful for them, so selling near list price without all the hassle of keeping a spotless home and ducking out for ice cream every few hours was a huge win… although cookie dough gelato does sound pretty nice.

I can’t wait for the next chapter for my clients. From start to finish, this journey was pretty flawless.

This photo probably doesn’t look like much at first glance — and that’s kind of the point. No posing, no staged smiles, no “everyone look at the camera.” Just a real moment in the middle of a real estate deal, done the old school way: everyone present, sitting around the same table, talking things through face to face.

There’s something different about a handshake. About looking people in the eye, sharing a laugh, signing papers together, and celebrating the next chapter right then and there. In a world where so much happens over text and email, these moments still matter.

My lovely clients even ran out to grab a bottle of bubbles, some cheese, crackers, and olives so we could celebrate together properly. Honestly, that human connection is one of the best parts of this business.

Deals are important. Relationships are everything. 🍾🧀🤝
