🌱✨ From EWWW to NEW! ✨🌱

What a transformation! 🙌 Huge shoutout to the amazing team at Soil to Sod Landscaping for absolutely knocking it out of the park! 👏💚

They were incredibly efficient, thoughtful, and took the time to answer all of my clients’ questions along the way. Customer service like that makes all the difference. 👌

After my clients took possession of their new home earlier this summer, they inherited a yard that had unfortunately been neglected while the property sat vacant for quite some time. 😬🌾

One call to my good friends at Soil to Sod Landscaping, and they came to the rescue! 🚜🌿 Thank you for the fantastic cleanup and for helping give my clients a fresh start in their new home.

If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend them! 💯

I’m not sure what was more challenging—putting up this SOLD sign or selling this home. 🫣😂

This one was a journey, to say the least. An emotional rollercoaster for everyone involved, but we stuck with it through every twist and turn. In the end, we got it done. 🙌

Now I’m just hoping the wind doesn’t blow my sign down… again… for the fourth time. 🌬️😂

Happy Anniversary my love. If I could do it again, I would change nothing. AND what a venue! Getting married in the Okan...

Helping clients buy and sell is always rewarding, but it’s even more special when they’re also friends. ❤️

After many wonderful years in their home, it was time for a new chapter. By downsizing, they’ve traded the work of maintaining a large house and yard for more freedom to enjoy retirement, travel, and spend time doing what they love.

A move to a new community is always a big step, but I have no doubt they’ll feel right at home in no time. Especially Doug… if you’ve ever met him, you know he can strike up a conversation with just about anyone! I have a feeling he’ll have the whole neighbourhood as friends before the moving boxes are even unpacked. 😊

Thank you for trusting me to help with both the sale of your longtime home and the purchase of the perfect place for this next adventure. Wishing you both so much happiness as you settle into this exciting new chapter! 🏡🥂

You love wine? 🍷
You love nibbles? 🧀
You love a view? 🌅

Perfect. We found all three.

We only managed to hit a couple of West Kelowna wineries for a little afternoon “research” 😉.

First stop: Rollingdale — one of the newest spots in town, and it’s got the full package. The LED ceiling show is worth the visit alone, there are photo ops around every corner, and the wine? Crisp, bold, delicious… insert your favourite wine adjective here 🍇🫣.

We wrapped up at The Frind — BC’s only beachfront winery. Not a bad place to sip a glass and pretend you’re on vacation.

Days like this are a pretty good reminder of why we love living, working, and playing in the Okanagan.
