We’re so excited to share our tenant improvement project in Kelowna—Bubble Waffle Cafe’s very first location in the area! It’s always a privilege to work with amazing brands, and this one was no exception.

A well-designed and fully equipped kitchen is the heart of any restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and meeting the demands of a busy kitchen environment. That’s why restaurant renovations, especially commercial kitchens, require a skilled and experienced team—and that’s where we shine.

If you’re thinking about opening a new business or upgrading your current space, we’d love to help!

Another Stunning Tenant Improvement Project: We had the privilege of managing the renovation of this Thai massage shop. To bring authentic Thai ambiance, we imported special panels and screens directly from Thailand, adding unique character to the space. Beyond just the renovation, we provided the owner with comprehensive construction guidance to ensure the project passed all government inspections in one go. Every detail was thoughtfully addressed, from compliance with building codes to meeting health department requirements.

Here’s a peek at one of our recent kitchen renovation projects, where style meets functionality to create a space that truly shines!

For the main workspace, our client went with a quartz countertop—it’s durable, easy to clean, and brings a sleek, modern vibe. For the island, they chose a custom-made butcher block countertop, adding warmth and a hint of rustic charm to the mix. We also added custom-colored shaker doors to the cabinets, giving the kitchen a unique, personalized touch that perfectly aligns with the client’s vision.
