Another Troika summer party in the books!

We traded the office for the golf course for an afternoon of golf, good food, and some friendly competition with the TRIBE.

We're proud to share that in partnership with Hallmark Communities, Troika has entered into a forward sale agreement with Chartwell Retirement Residences, one of Canada's largest seniors housing operators, to deliver a new 146-unit purpose-built seniors living residence in Vernon, BC, with construction beginning later this summer.

Located adjacent to Chartwell's Carrington Place residence, this new residence will expand the existing campus and help meet the growing need for quality seniors housing in the North Okanagan. By building alongside an established seniors' residence, the project will strengthen the continuum of care available to local seniors while creating more housing options for the area.

This project has moved from concept to construction at a remarkable pace, and we are grateful to the City of Vernon - Local Government, our consultants, and the team at Chartwell Retirement Residences for making that possible through strong alignment, decisive collaboration, and a shared commitment to increasing the supply of much-needed housing in our region.

We had a great time at Rock the Lake this past weekend!

Between the music, sunshine and meeting so many great people at our tent, it was a fun few days from start to finish. A special highlight was seeing one of our residents enjoying the festival after winning tickets in our giveaway, just one of the many perks of living in one of our communities.

We had a great day at The Harvest Golf Club last Friday for the Canadian Home Builders' Association Central Okanagan Golf Tournament.

Our team enjoyed connecting with industry partners, catching up with familiar faces, and welcoming golfers to our sponsored tiki hole for a refreshing margarita along the way.

We had a great time at Friday’s UDI Golf Tournament at The Okanagan Golf Club, where Troika sponsored a hole and had the opportunity to connect with others from across the development community!

As part of the tournament, we gave away a Scotty Cameron putter to one lucky golfer. We were excited to learn that the winner chose to donate the putter to the UBCO Junior Golf Team, helping support the next generation of golfers.

Thank you to UDI Okanagan for hosting another great event. It was a fantastic day on the course and an opportunity to catch up with industry peers from across the region.

We successfully completed our first major suspended slab pour at 465 Dougall, placing an impressive 375 cubic metres of concrete in a single day.

A huge thank you to our trade partners including CSC, TNC, Armada Steel, Valley Plumbing, and Aurora Electric. And a special recognition also goes to Burnco, One72, and Rebo Pumping for keeping the concrete flowing all day long. With road closures in place and trucks mobilized from across the valley, this was truly a team effort from start to finish.
