1️⃣ First, you have a very important choice to make. You can choose to accept, reject, or counter the offer.

2️⃣ Next, any conditions you agreed to as part of the offer will need to be taken care of before their expiration date. These may be up to the buyer or seller to fulfil.

3️⃣ Finally, you will take care of any closing costs.

Once all of these pieces are in place, you can officially close the deal. Keep in mind that closing periods can take anywhere from several weeks to a few months, as specified in the purchase agreement.
