Welcome, October 🍂

First weekend of the month, and somehow we’re already in the final stretch of the year.
October always feels like a good month to reset a little, make a few plans, and enjoy everything the Okanagan has to offer before the year really starts flying by.

SOLD! 🏡

This one was such a great property to work with, and I’m really happy to see it officially sold.

The Cove is a special place, and this suite had so much going for it, from the huge wraparound balcony and natural light to the flexible 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout and that relaxed lakeside lifestyle.

A big thank you to my clients for trusting me through the process. I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of this move, and I’m wishing them nothing but the best in their next chapter.

Congratulations as well to the new owners. I hope they enjoy everything this beautiful home and The Cove have to offer.

Happy Tuesday! Here’s a quick look at where the Kelowna market is sitting halfway through September.

Single-family homes continue to see the most activity, with 71 sales so far this month, while condos and townhomes are moving at a slower pace. Inventory is still giving buyers options, which means pricing and presentation matter more than ever for sellers.

One interesting point: the median sale price for single-family homes is just over $1M, while condos and townhomes are sitting notably lower, so there’s a pretty wide range of opportunities depending on what kind of home you’re looking for.

The takeaway? Buyers have choice, but the right homes are still moving. Sellers need to be realistic and strategic.
