Before during and after. There was a sunken floor here that we brought up 7" to match all the other floors on the main level.

All the ki-tec pipes have been removed and new Pex lines installed. Some tricky spots. Nice to have a working toilet again :-)

Been a while since our last update. Decided to remove the wall in the dining room. Opens things up nicely and makes for a better entrance into the home.

All the steel is now installed after removing the 3 peaks. Removed the shutters cleaned and repainted them black.
