Every Friday of a summer long weekend, this fan-favourite event takes place in the heart of Kincardine’s downtown. Classic cars, special interest vehicles, and motorcycles line the streets with free admission for both spectators and participants. Our June VIP preview weekend was a resounding success! The first introduction of Seashore struck exactly the right chord with our VIP group of interested buyers. We heard so many positive comments about the setting with its beautiful 30', 40', and 50' lots by the lake. And of course, the most excitement was about our striking designs with their unique craftsman-style exteriors as people toured the stunning model home of each builder.

We are now open for walk-in visitors every Saturday from 11:00-4:00pm and Sunday from 12:00-4:00pm. Kicking off with a 3pm parade to the harbour and an opening ceremony in MacPherson Park, where the party continues until 7pm with carnival games, a BBQ, an inflatable maze, a magician, ventriloquist, alpaca petting zoo, face painting, treat vendors, and more. At 8pm locals and visitors alike cheer on the Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band as they march down Queen Street and back again to perform in Victoria Park. Come join the fun!
