Does anyone else feel like "hustle culture" is just a fancy word for missing out on your family? 🙋‍♂️

I listened to a conversation on the MREA Podcast today that honestly felt like a breath of fresh air. It featured two agents, Andrea Ryan and Zach Clark, who basically refused to choose between big production and being present parents.

Andrea was forced onto bed rest during a high-risk pregnancy. Most people would have panicked about their pipeline drying up. Instead, she built a webinar model right from her bed that educated buyers without her having to physically drive around town.

Then there’s Zach. He was a teacher working crazy hours and realized he was only seeing his kids on a baby monitor. He stopped chasing strangers and started building a business based on giving back to his community by donating to student scholarships from every closing.

The biggest takeaway for me? You don't have to accept the "always-on" grind. You can actually build a system that works around your life, not the other way around.

If you’ve been feeling the tug-of-war between "Realtor mode" and "Parent mode," you need to hear this one.

Today, our team at KW Inspire got a massive surprise. The President of Keller Williams International AND Owner of Keller Williams Canada jumped into our weekly call. They took time out of their day just to pour into us.

In a world where everyone is busy "bragging," I just want to take a moment to appreciate I this. Finding a path that aligns with your values is rare. Finding leadership that walks the walk is even rarer. On top of all that, I get to support this amazing group of agents build their lives and businesses each day to their own blueprint, and it's incredibly humbling.

I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. 🏡

Things Aren't Slow For Those Who Are Working Hard!

Okay Kingston, we need to talk about what is happening right now. 🤯

We just ran the numbers this morning and had to double-check them. We are only 6 days into 2026, and our agents at KW Inspire have already closed more business than they did in the first 30 days of 2025 combined.

What does this mean for you? It means the "slow market" only affects agents who are still in Holiday Mode.

If you were thinking of waiting until the snow melts to list, you might want to rethink that timeline!
