July was a strong month for the Kingston market, with average prices up across the board. One of the hottest Julys we’ve seen in the area! Here is the latest on property type prices:

What was the average price of a home in Kingston in July 2026? $686,950! That's a 5.4% increase from June and an 8.5% increase from July 2025. While the number of homes sold slowed compared to June, average prices moved significantly higher, making July a very interesting month for the Kingston market. June saw another shift in the market. Single family homes and apartments both moved up from May, while townhouses dipped. Here is the latest on property type prices:
