Project Launch | The Hive | 390 Johnson St, Kingston, ON

Amber Peak is developing The Hive, a six-storey, modern community steps from Queen’s, opening September 1st, 2026, and now leasing.

Suites range from studios to 4-bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a café-style communal space, quiet study rooms, and a rooftop lounge with a sustainable green roof. The neighborhood puts students near cafés, Stauffer Library, the ARC, parks, and the waterfront.
