Thank you for sending me this beautiful bouquet! From someone I know because it was addressed to Rorry! Sadly for the delivery man, he had to navigate our impossible snow filled front steps. Even as an old wrinkled woman, I am flattered that whoever it is would send me a bouquet for Valentine’s day ordered on the 17th. A bit like Larry remembering a few days later, but it isn’t on our credit card statement so isn’t him! Our children sent a wonderful bouquet for Valentine’s Day so can’t be them. It really is a lovely surprise! Thank you! I love flowers and live that someone thought of me today, or a few days ago! ❤️

This is far, far truer than many realise or want to realise.

Do you see this around you? How do you best filter it?

For me it’s awareness and non participation.

Those purely negative for no other reason than to be negative conversations are not on my list of things to do.

A conversation that may include something negative within it as a discussion point to resolve something, work through it, find a solution, sit with it and alchemise it to a positive, accept that it is present but not accept that it is all that is present, is a different thing.

It’s one very small example of how we easily become what we allow.
