☝️ Some personal highlight transactions of 2025

2025 was one of the best years of my real-estate career. From single-family homes with first time home-buyers, to student rental investment properties, multi-residential sales and commercial leases, there were lots of transactions but also tons of learning along the way.

Each type of transaction required its own specific set of skills, industry contacts and real world market knowledge to not only secure an accepted APS, but to successfully navigate transactions through the conditional and firm stages.

Q4 2025 closed out on a high note, with several firm trades carrying strong momentum into the new year. A sincere thank you to everyone who worked with me in 2025 and in years past - I’m looking forward to what 2026 has in store!
