sellwithdeb.ca Thank you for stopping by. Homework is what I do best! If you are thinking of selling your home or looking to buy, I'm the gal to call.

Delighted to be serving the Greater Kingston, Amherstview, Bath, Napanee and Quinte areas. It's impossible to run a successful business without really understanding your customer, and meeting their needs. As a restaurant owner in Kingston and Napanee for over twenty-five years, I have lived this. My customers always came first. I truly believe this is the only path to having a loyal and satisfied

clientele. For 8 years, I was also a manager and a top sales associate for "The Brick Group", so I bring this sales experience to the table. My specialty was finding the right product that fit my customers needs and pocketbook. I was also honoured to "stage" one of the model homes for one of Kingston's most prestigious builders. I am also proud to be the writer, producer and director of the production of "It Was a Very Good Year, Sinatra, the Man, his Fans, his Music", that premiered at the Grand Theatre. Due to popular demand, the show will be returning to Kingston In the near future. Many of my friends and business associates already know me as the agent/manager of the popular music group "A Bit of Nostalgia" , featuring my husband John, and our sons Reagan and Ryan (Canada's first "Canadian Idol"). We have been privileged over the past years to know and love many people who gave their support to Ryan and our family. My venture into the Kingston and Area Real Estate Market, actually started four years ago, but due to a silly accident with an angry wood splitter, my dreams were postponed for four years. I am proud to say, "I'm back!!" and ready to find the perfect home to fit your needs and budget. It is always a pleasure to be of assistance to you. I look forward to many more years of showing my gratitude by giving you the best service possible. And remember - "Homework is what I do best!".

I want to thank everyone that was able to come out to John's Celebration of Life this past Saturday. I was so overwhelmed by the outpouring of love for our Johnny Boy, I couldn’t put it into words until today.

John loved any opportunity he had to sing for his family and friends, and it would have been difficult to get him off the stage with a crowd like we had on Saturday. With close to 500 people in attendance, it warmed all our hearts to see so many family members, friends, musicians and restaurant patrons, make the effort to celebrate with us. Many travelled hundreds of kilometres to be there, and words can't express my appreciation for their efforts!

It was more wonderful then I could have ever hoped.
For anyone that was unable to be in attendance, we had a projector and big screen showing clips of John's musical performances over his 40 plus year career. It was the closest thing we could do to make it feel like John was on stage entertaining us one last time. We also gave out a free DVD of John's Sinatra & Friends concert from May 2023, for everyone to enjoy at home.

How can I ever thank the dozens of individuals who generously offered their time and support to make the day such a success (There are just too many names to mention them all here, but you are loved and appreciated for everything you did): our amazing staff who worked behind the scenes to get the restaurant ready and then served on Saturday ( you know who you are and I love you all), the local ladies who created the beautiful platters to feed our guests, and the group of ladies who created a beautiful quilt for John (knotted with prayers); and to those who sent the lovely bouquets and plants (John loved gardening) thank you for bringing such beauty to the day.

The only way the celebration could have been better would have been if John could have been there to celebrate with us. This was the party he hoped to have in his final days, but never got the chance to. Again, thank you all for your love and support. You are all in my thoughts and prayers,
with love, Deborah

We have had so many kind people reaching out to ask about our family and check in, that I wanted to take time to share what has been going on.

John has been diagnosed with Stage 4, terminal esophageal cancer which has metastasized to other organs. His prognosis is 4-6 months.

He has started radiation treatments in hopes of shrinking the tumors and open the esophagus to make it easier to eat and if all goes well, he will be starting chemo treatments next week.

With everything going on, the restaurant will be closed for the foreseeable future as we focus on John and our family. Please send our Johnny boy lots of positive energy and keep him in your prayers. 💕
