Phew - this happened yesterday and beyond grateful for the hard work that our team did in getting this across the finish line!

Not all listings go as planned! Some take a bit more out of you then expected - for this particular property the 3rd time was the charm.

Most offers come with conditions - condition for financing, condition for insurance etc. The first 2 offers were well intended but their conditions just could not be met meaning the offer fell thru.

The good news - even when we have an offer on the table the team keeps working and we don't stop until all conditions are waived. We keep showing the property and do our best to have a back up plan ' just in case'.

We technically sold this property 3 times - consistent effort, not giving up and not letting our foot off the gas allowed us to bring this chapter to a close.

With the snow never ending and the bitter cold burning our cheeks turning the calendar page is a welcome change.

May February give you moments of peace and quiet in amongst the hustle and bustle.
