Meet Ed. He’s walked over 75,000 miles—yes, walked. Along the way, he camps under the stars, collects stories, and lives life one step at a time. Today, he stopped by our Food Shack for a freshly brewed coffee at the southernmost inhabited point in all of Canada, and you could feel his excitement.
His stories are incredible—so incredible, in fact, that we’re not getting much work done.
Oh, and a fun sidenote: Ed once worked with the Smithsonian, where he was in charge of naming things. Seriously, how cool is that?
