Guess what today is? It is CLOSING DAY on 110 Ethel Rd., Waterloo!!

Good things are worth waiting for. In years past, our followers had grown accustomed to seeing our listings posted one day and then sold just a few days later.

Our current market is a little different, and this property is a little unique, too. It's a beautiful home, which required a certain type of buyer that is in the right age category and who wants to own the home but lease the land at "Martin's Grove Village". This type of property isn't for everyone, but it was definitely right for the right ones and we are happy for them.

This listing received several offers conditional on the sale of the buyer's property, but the right buyers came along, got their house sold in a slower market, fulfilled the conditions, then waited patiently for the closing, which happens to be today.
