Why do I love Real Estate?
Real Estate has given me (and so many others) the opportunity to be a blessing. I'd like to think that my experience with Real Estate isn't about me - Instead, it's about the generations to come, my wonderful tenants and of course, my incredible clients.
Tenants - giving them an affordable and beautifully cared for home, as well as the ability to save for their future, is a huge blessing. My family came to Canada from Kurdistan in '92 and I completely understand the desire to build for a brighter future. Extending your hand to others makes an impact for all generations to come.
Clients - Whether it's a first time home, a downsize after retirement, or anything in between - making a move is an important decision and should be taken seriously. As someone who has gone through the buying, selling and investing process, I completely understand the fears, confidence, disappointments and excitement that comes with it all. Either way, it's a step towards a brighter and more promising future. Sometimes it's to cash out in order to live comfortably, and other times it's to grow to make room for future memories.
