Huge congratulations to my amazing clients on an incredible DOUBLE closing day week! 🎉🏡🥂
We had an absolute whirlwind of success selling their beautiful home at 31 Windermere Court. After hitting the market, we received a huge market response resulting in multiple fantastic offers and had it officially sold in just a few short days! I would like to thank the excellent buyer's agent who was an absolute pleasure to work with! 💨
But the good news doesn't stop there! The next day they also closed on their gorgeous new property at 120 Fennel Street in Plattsville, and we were able to secure it for them at a very fair price. 🤝✨
I am absolutely thrilled with how well they made out in this transition. Real estate can be a wild ride, but this entire process went incredibly smoothly from start to finish.
The absolute best part of this whole journey? Their new home in Plattsville happens to be right next door to ours! 🤯 I couldn't have asked for better clients, friends and now I get to call them my new neighbours.
