I enjoy looking at listings like this. For many of my clients they're hoping to get more land. They might have a small town lot and want more room for their kids to run around outside. Imagine selling a current home, buying a small house on a nice large lot and reducing your mortgage payments. Second living room could have a fancy murphy bed for a spare when one is needed.
