📈 Kelowna Market Snapshot
After a quieter-than-expected September in the Central Okanagan market, weekly sales activity appears to be picking up. This will be a relief and good news for many sellers with homes currently listed.
While we haven't quite returned to the 100 sales per week we saw at the end of April, sales are up 24% and 45% from the first week of September.
Optimism is returning to the market, and with another Bank of Canada rate announcement on October 23, where another rate cut is expected, this trend may continue.
Will we see the typical seasonal slowdown in December? Most likely—but there’s still time for a busy fall market before that happens.
