I try not to do any complaining, Bitching and moaning on here, but I just gotta get this off my chest. Dealing with a realtor who is representing some really nice buyers for a property. They called me to do an inspection, but they don't want me to pump it. Which is absolutely impossible. I need to see how much garbage is in the tank. How much grease is in the tank? If the septic tank has septic field run back, if it looks like there's lots of good bacteria present and then after it's all pumped out, I need the toilets, flush to make sure there's no bellies in the line. There is a way to do an inspection which i've been doing for the last 25 years. Most people don't realize your septic tank is engineered to show any problems in the whole septic system. So when I go pump and inspect the septic tank/system out, i'm looking for things that will tell me if there are any issues in the septic drainage field. The realtor was trying to tell me how i should do it. He wanted cameras and pits, dug, lol just absolute bu****it. I asked him if he realized there's no distribution box because of the age. So you can't camera anything unless you dig up the whole septic field, which you're not gonna do. Then, he told me, "well, there should be a distribution box" i asked him, "when was the distribution box invented, And started becoming part of the septic system"?. He couldn't tell me, 1980-1985, every system started to get them, became code, prior to that. It wasn't even a thing. So I said, let me stop you there My friend. It doesn't sound like i'm the guy for you. I think you should go and find this magical company, that's gonna do this magical inspection without having excavators in digging up your whole yard, because you're not gonna dig up a whole yard, to do a septic inspection, it has never been done like that. That would literally cost many, many thousands and thousands of dollars. 🤔 my track record speaks for itself, my septic inspections speak for themselves, all the reviews from happy customers speak for themselves, the fact that I do this 5-6 days a week, 8 hours a day speaks for itself. If you have a better way, then go do it. I'm totally fine with that. I don't need the work. I don't need the headache. I'm good 😉 you do you 🫡
