Tidy Shores Cleaning Services is growing, and I’m looking for the right person to grow alongside the business.

I’m looking for a reliable, organized, self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support the continued growth and expansion of my cleaning and short-term rental business.

I’m looking for someone who can help me build better systems, find new opportunities, stay organized, and take some of the day-to-day workload off my plate.

WHAT YOU’LL HELP WITH:

* Creating and managing a booking/scheduling system
* Managing social media accounts
* Creating social media content
* Creating advertisements and promotional materials
* Scouting and finding new work and contract opportunities
* Hiring and recruiting cleaners
* Creating contracts, forms, and business documents
* Client communication and follow-ups
* Airbnb/short-term rental research and outreach
* Building systems and workflows
* General administrative support

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience with Airbnb, short-term rentals, hotels, hospitality, cleaning, or property management
* Experience managing social media for a business
* Experience with booking/scheduling software
* Experience with hiring or recruiting
* Experience creating contracts, forms, or business documents
* Experience with advertising and digital marketing
* Experience working with or running a small business
* Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
