A beautiful painting was purchased from our favortie artist Marilyn Goslin for over their fireplace. When they arrived home, excited to put it in place, they were put to the design challenge #4377 “it doesn’t fit” What to do?

Change up the way you look at art. Look at different ways art can serve your decorating needs. They decided to put it over the headboard and have it become part of the bed.

Pictured here is the “new look” which almost looks as though it was custom made for the bed.

Judi Dusto was one of the generous contributors that came together from RE/MAX Eastern Realty to fund a new Day Surgery Unit at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. This will allow all of us to be served quickly and efficiently with a state of the art facility for minor surgeries. This will free up the main surgical O/R’s and help to streamline the wait times for more serious surgeries. Helping our community!

A message from Jim:

Judi and I have had, to say, an interesting December 2015. We were treated to a life altering experience that we don’t take for granted. Due to the quick work of the emergency responders, we discovered the meanings and adventures of our lives, as punctuated by each other needing more time to make it even more loving and filled with more gratitude and awareness.

Last week Judi and I dropped off these baskets to first responders at the Peterborough Fire Department to thank them for the amazing jobs they do every single day, and the gift they gave us this Christmas, for which we will be eternally grateful.
