With the season already getting off to a very busy start, Benjamin and the BM Services team would like to thank everyone for the continued support, calls, messages, and job inquiries.

After some family discussions and planning, BM Services has officially brought on a new administrative/secretary person to help keep up with the high volume of phone calls, messages, quotes, and booking requests we have been receiving.

Please welcome Peggy, Benjamin’s mother to the BM Services team. With an entire lifetime of organizational client relations and scheduling along with HR management and many other amazing achievements she is the perfect fit for our busy season.

We kindly ask for everyone’s patience over the next couple of days while Peggy gets caught up, sorts through the information on the phone, organizes messages, and helps follow up with clients. Once everything is caught up and organized, we will be back on a much better schedule and have a stronger system in place for booking jobs, returning calls, and replying to clients in a timely manner. This is something we do every spring when it gets very busy due to over the winter we can generally keep up with reduced team members. We do ask for polite and courteous inquiries. Any verbal abuse, or inappropriate actions towards any of our team members will not be tolerated. We are trying our absolute best and we know you want your project done yesterday however, there is only so many hours in a day.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we continue to grow and improve how we serve our customers. Thank you again for choosing and supporting our truly family operated business BM Services.

Hey folks just a brief note for some new hours. Effective this 2026 season we will be initiating work hours and phone hours. Weekends are off limits for work related business texts and calls unless it’s an emergency job, feel free to call us and we will help if we can.
Weekdays after 7:00 pm we will not be answering phones again unless emergency calls are in order and will return calls and messages in 1-2 business days as they come in. We are very busy with our regular booked jobs and most of the time out of cell service on the remote sites we deal with. We certainly are trying our best to keep up and respond in a timely manner but with any business we ask for patience as well. Emergency calls 24/7 are still no problem however regular work activities will now have dedicated cut off time.

In addition we are fully booked till the second week of JUNE now as an fyi.

With spring time finally here and summer hopefully not too far behind it, now is a great time to get your property, cleaned up from scrap metal, old vehicles, broken farm equipment debris, and rubbish before farming activities start !
