Another awesome grading project completed for some great repeat clients in Lamont County. Filling up over 3 feet of elevation in areas we brought up and packed this grade up to spec before winter sets in.

Both inside and outside shop were completed in just a few hours of skidsteer work in the shining sun. This client is now ready for the next steps in his phase for interior and exterior work.

Contact us today for your next project ! We are always happy to help. Thankyou !

Hey folks this will be a first ever post for this topic… what is it ? ☀️🏖️🌊

Benjamin will be off and away starting October 6th and returning back to work October 24th. After many years with no downtime, vacations, or actual time off… we have committed to ourselves last winter to these dates off of BM Services and it’s associated life sucking whirlwind. 😂

Peggy will be still working the business phone and helping accomodate future bookings as well as Chris will be here for any emergency calls that come in, quick skidsteer work that needs to be done or trailers going out on rent, etc…

Thankyou for understanding and standing by us through the years. Our family and employees greatly appreciate it !

Grading Grading Grading ! 🌄

Negative slopes invite water towards your home which creates a multitude of new issues. Fix that by regrading around your home and creating a positive slope away !

This local Lamont client contacted us to fix these issues around their home. We removed all the topsoil and rubbish from around the perimeter, following by installing / packing new clay to rebuild the negative slope into a positive grade keeping water away from the critical areas it doesn’t belong. Top coating with a layer of gravel was the preferred method for clay coverage and walking traffic as well as refreshing the driveway into a clean and designated parking area. Happy clients are what it’s all about and the last photo proves it ! Thanks Trisha for being such a wonderful client !

From fully unusable and narrow to widened, packed and accessible, we transformed this space into a wide and packed parking area for this clients extra storage needs.

Removing the curbing and long row of huge tree stumps was just the just the first step, we dug out and removed the 10+ inches of pine needle debris and topsoil following by installing and packing clay and gravel.

Another before and after here for the local Smokey Lake Home Hardware on their lumberyard approach that urgently needed some help !

We cut out and removed the gravel laden topsoil, widened and lengthened the approach, installed and compacted fresh base material finishing with a crushed asphault top. Not only does this look better but it’s much stronger and more solid for forklifts and vehicles to access the yard.

Thanks for your support as always 🙂
