Christopher Walker is the most hardworking realtor I have ever worked with. When we had exhausted ourselves from looking at different properties in the market - from condos to modular homes to single houses to townhouses, we were ready to give up. But Christopher picked us up emotionally, physically & rationally to just keep going. He was resilient, determined and driven to help us find a home that would be comfortable for both Murray & I, as we have different likes, requirements and needs that he had to work with.

With our last offer (our 3rd) we had decided that if we did not get it at our asking price we would give up looking for a couple months, take a break and fly to Hawaii. With Christopher’s and his staff’s help, doing the virtual paperwork late into the night, we got our offer in. The next morning Chris called to tell us the good news. Finally we had our home.
