Sales picked up in February across the Fraser Valley, with 843 homes sold, up 36% from January, even while activity stayed 38% below the 10-year seasonal average. Inventory is still high at 8,344 active listings, which keeps conditions firmly buyer-friendly heading into spring.
Benchmark prices softened slightly month over month, with the Fraser Valley composite down 0.2% to $895,100. Detached homes sit at $1,370,900, townhomes at $770,700, and condos at $488,300, each edging down compared to January, and notably lower than February 2025.
