House Find BC

House Find BC The main thing that separates me from other REALTORS® is my true passion for what I do. For David Foxwell, the real estate business is all about service.

David believes service is the key to any successful real estate transaction. “Providing excellent customer service is the pillar of my business” he said “I always go that extra mile for my clients.”

David has lived in Langley since 1979 and has an extensive knowledge of the area and surrounds. He became a Realtor® in 2005 and his work ethic has made him a very high achiever. In fact he has been o

ne of local Real Estates top performers since he began his career. He comes by this solid work ethic honestly. His father was Dr. Rodney Foxwell a well known and respected orthopedic surgeon in the Fraser Valley. His mother, Dr. Barbara Foxwell had a very successful medical practice in Walnut Grove and was a Langley School Board Trustee. RE/MAX Aldercenter is where David hangs his hat and his license. He began his career with a partner but in 2011 decided to go it alone. A hard worker, his efforts were recognized by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) and he received their Medallion Award for 2011 and 2012. This award recognizes Realtors® who are in the top 10% of the FVREB’s producers. Today’s technology is moving forward at lightning speed. David knows that even though technology is important, and he uses it to give his clients every advantage, he strongly feels that there is no substitute for the personal touch. Meeting face to face and developing long term relationships are important to him. He ensures he keeps his clients educated and informed through every step of every listing and every purchase. It doesn’t end there either, as he remains available well beyond. David works extensively with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. Previously he served on their Communications Committee helping to develop the Realtors® tool kit. For close to a decade he worked with the FVREB’s Government Relations Committee and he is responsible for the FVREB’s ethics slogan Excellence Through Ethics. David has a big heart for his community. Stemming from a lifelong love of animals he was moved to support the Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS). Every year since its inception he has been a major sponsor for the Furry Tale Endings, the society’s annual fundraising gala. Also one of his favourite charities is the Langley Stepping Stones Society and he has assisted them for many years. David is part of the Community Committees throughout his area. Committee's supporting the Langley Christmas Bureau, Douglas Park Elementary School and the Langley Lodge and others Senior organizations to name just a few. Perhaps you’ve decided it’s time to make a move. Whether you’re a first time buyer, wanting to move up or are looking to downsize, you need a Realtor® who is service oriented, has a knowledge of the industry and a passion for people and real estate. That Realtor® is David Foxwell. His office is located at RE/MAX Aldercenter 26641 Fraser Hwy Langley. You may know him for regularly being at the Real Eatate kiosk when it was located in Willowbrook Mall by the SportChek entrance. His website, www.HouseFindBC.com. provides a great search engine where you can find current listings, get a home evaluation, read testimonials, and review market conditions. PROFESSIONALISM

For some time now I’ve been involved in the Langley real estate market and have a genuine passion for following real estate news, trends and ensuring that my clients get the best representation possible. Whether buying, selling, looking to invest or re-financing I’m confident I can provide you with skilled insight that isn’t available anywhere else. SERVICE

The main thing that separates me from other REALTORS® is my true passion for what I do. It’s this passion that drives me to ensure that I exceed the expectations of any individuals or families who trust me to represent them in one of the most important transactions of their lives. Promptly returning phone calls/emails, keeping clients informed at every step of the transaction and ensuring that I’m never unavailable are all things I consider to be crucial components of good service.
