BC government amends rules for notice to tenants to vacate, again. This time, lowering the notice period to 3 month in situations of a sale of the property for new owner use. How does this affect you in the home buying process? Give me a call to discuss.

The Province is amending the personal use-notice period for home purchasers in B.C. to three months to improve conditions for first-time homebuyers, while ensuring that tenants have more than two months notice to find new housing.
