Transactional activity loses momentum in June with sales down 32% compared to the month of May. This is typical as we transition into the summer market. The bulk of transactions traditionally take place during the winter and spring months. The accumulation of properties slowed in June with months of inventory up to 4 months from 3 last month.

Just closed on this fantastic investment property listed in the plateau a few months ago. This one took longer than we hoped, but nonetheless were able to help the sellers reach their goal and assist the buyers with the acquisition of a rental property for their real estate portfolio. That’s a win win for everyone.
