This was my first client listing and we sold her Condo in a timely fashion so her winter vacation was not interrupted.

Cold weather is almost here, which means it's time to winterize your home!

Let me help you get started before the winter chill takes over! Here are a few things I suggest to prepare your home for the season:

-Inspect all windows and doors for leaks
-Have your furnace professionally serviced
-Inspect your fireplace
-Turn off any faucets outside
-Inspect your roof and clean out your gutters
-Trim tree branches

I hope this list helps minimize the risk of any damage that snow, ice, and extreme temperatures can cause to your home.

I want to Congratulate my first listing client Wanda and Clayton on the recent Sale of their Condo in South Edmonton! (This listing sold for $90,000) You still can by a property for less than a truck these days!

We managed to sell the Condo just in time for their trip to Mexico, so now they get to truly relax and enjoy their vacation. Now they have something extra to celebrate.

This made me proud as it was my first listing and was able to help them sell so they could have a stress free holiday.

Have you been toying with the idea of buying a home?

Maybe it will be your first home purchase, so you are feeling uncertain about whether you are ready or not… I have provided a list of questions you should ask yourself to determine if you’re ready to purchase your first home.

1) Have I been pre-approved for a mortgage?
2) Do I understand the process of buying a home?
3) Where do I want to buy my first home? Why?

If you are confused about any of these questions, chances are you need to take some time to do research and talk to a financial advisor and a trusted real estate agent. My last mistake was overwhelming myself with what I don't know, I have learned to focus on what I am great at and I will only get better by practice and education!
