Great mornings to embrace mental toughness with my best buddy Rollo💪
New 2025 challenge for us for next 75 days.
You have to intentionally put yourself in places that are uncomfortable!!!
1- You must complete two 45-minute workouts. One of those workouts MUST be outdoors.
2- Follow a diet. This can be the diet of your choice, but it must be a structured plan designed with a physical improvement in mind.
3- Read 10 pages of a book. **Audiobooks DO NOT COUNT.
4- Drink 1 gallon of water.
5- Absolutely NO alcohol or cheat meals.
6- Take a progress picture every day.
