The market is changing and loosing momentum, but don’t worry too much. It’s not the end of the world, it’s not a bad market. It’s just not as hot as it used to be. But that’s ok, it’s not sustainable to have crazy hot market forever. We just might be getting back to normal.

The Lethbridge market isn’t as “hot” as it was.
Houses are still selling, but we may be getting back to more of. A normal housing market. Which means more patience, sharper pricing and as always, exposure is key.
