Here's something buyers don't always realize when writing an offer... An offer isn't just a casual "I'd like to buy this house."

It's a contract that legally holds both the buyer and seller to the terms and conditions, so giving the seller enough time to actually review what you're putting on the table matters. ⏰🙌

A strong approach is often giving them 24–48 hours to review the offer, discuss it, consider the terms, and potentially come back with a counter or renegotiation. Things don't always happen immediately in real estate.

If you want the best chance of getting your offer considered on its merits, make sure your REALTOR® is giving the seller enough time to actually do that!
