An educator gives you the information, asks questions, and helps you understand the decision you’re making, even when that means telling you something you might not want to hear!

Rainy day? That might actually be a good time to go house hunting! 🌧️

If you’re buying a home, seeing a property when there’s a lot of moisture in and around the ground can give you a better look at things you might not notice on a dry day.

Pay attention to:
💧 Water around the foundation
🌧️ Drainage and grading
🏡 How water is moving around the property
🔎 Any signs that water mitigation may be needed

You can learn a lot about a house when the weather isn’t cooperating. So if it’s raining and you’re house hunting… take advantage of it!
