How is it already November? I swear, it was just September last week. At any rate, there’s a good chance you’ve settled back into your regular routine which, to some, may not be very exciting. While that might be true, it’s not impossible to have fun while still maintaining your good habits and schedule! 

Despite a routine being regimented, you still have the ability to be creative with your time and make your day more rewarding – just as you would schedule a meal, meeting or appointment, schedule yourself some time to let your mind wander and engage that creative part of your brain, or play music as you go about your work. Carve out a period in your day to do something you love and be present for it; when you focus on how good it feels to drink your morning coffee or tea, it’s infinitely more satisfying.

It may not be as wild or exciting as skydiving or a spontaneous trip, finding the magic in your daily routine makes it more interesting and allows you time to recharge, making your regimen that much more enjoyable.
