📢 Bank of Canada holds at 2.25% 🏦

The Bank of Canada held its overnight rate at 2.25% today, continuing the streak of no change since October 2025.

🏠 For Buyers: Stability means there’s less pressure from another rate increase. If you’ve been waiting on the sidelines, this could be a good time to review your buying power and see what’s available.

🏡 For Sellers: Stable rates can help keep buyers engaged, but affordability is still a major factor. Pricing your home strategically remains key to attracting serious buyers.

Bottom line: No rate shock today but the market continues to reward buyers and sellers who are prepared and informed.

Had an excellent day with Linden Lodge Retirement Community as we took a field trip to the East Coulee School Museum on Saturday.

There’s something pretty special about stepping back in time, hearing the stories, and sharing a few laughs along the way. 😊 It was such a fun outing and a great reminder of how much history and character we have right in our own backyard.

If you’ve never been to the East Coulee School Museum, put it on your list! It’s definitely worth the trip.
